Using new technology to tell your story is important, that’s why we work closely with a VR and immersive technology partner. Stefano is CEO of It Is The End LTD and is originally from Turin, Italy. After graduating in Graphic Design, he developed skills in VR and AR through working in agencies and learning in his own time. It was his passion and ability to inspire that led him to be a regular guest lecturer of game design, digital publishing and VR/AR at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design). Stefano has worked for a range of companies and agencies in the last 21 years, and this expertise has all gone into his business, It Is The End LTD, founded in 2018. The company works on digital research and development with a focus on innovation and problem solving. VR and AR are the main activities of the business and they have worked with many clients including Xerjoff, a luxury brand, but the company is also keen to be involved in projects that use these technologies to have a positive impact on social problems and quality of life. Stefano’s leadership and experience in this field will see him being a guest speaker at the 2020 Horasis Global Meeting discussing ‘Developing Decisive Leadership theme through Times of Disruption’.
Emma Gascoigne is Director of Big Foot Communications and has over 13 years’ experience in communications. She brings content creation and storytelling support to It Is The End.
She works predominantly within the transport industry but has also worked in other sectors. Her specialism is in Internal Communications, Social Media, PR and Marketing and uses her experience gained through her interest as a scriptwriter to create engaging content. Emma also has a passion for audio production and is the presenter of the B4 Business podcast. the presenter and producer of the first UK train operator podcast called ‘Inside Track’ and the writer and producer of a comedy sketch show called 'The Jolly Good Show'.

Music producer, guitarist and composer, Victor Savorelli developed an early interest in creating sound for moving image while doing the Music Production degree at BIMM Brighton. Creative, fast-learning and with a special love for taking on demanding projects, he is now looking at immersing himself in the world of videogames, prepared to take his sound design skills to the next level.

Motion and Visual Designer, Paolo adds an E before any motion project he works on, turning them into real Emotions. Big gaming-lover, he’s now taken the Game Design path, moving towards new, unexplored horizons.
Visual Designer, aspiring 3D Artist, Valentino now works freelance, using his 10 years of graphic and web designer background to develop video games, since he thinks the game industry gives you the opportunity of expressing your ideas and making your dreams come true, pushing you to do your best every time you’re working on a new project.
