For those who were not around to witness the moon landing in 1969, or for those who want to relive it, then you can finally get a taste of what it felt like with a VR experience at the Southdown Planetarium to mark the moon landing’s 50th anniversary.

The experience has been created for It Is The End for Xerjoff to mark the anniversary of the moon landing.
The VR journey enabled to experience the main phases of the Apollo 11 missions, see the Cape Kennedy site, trigger the Saturn V rocket launch and much more.

Stefano Bianchi, CEO of It Is The End said:
“We are incredibly proud to be once again working with Xerjoff to create something so exciting and emotional to mark the moon landings.
“Working on a project like this is an honour as walking on the moon is man’s greatest ever achievement. Using VR, which still relatively unexplored, we are able to immerse people in the wonder that was felt back in 1969.”

In the two days of the event, over 400 people enjoyed the experience rewarding us with enthusiastic feedback.
